HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Important! In Turkey, the process described below is for the acquisition of company establishment and residence permits accordingly.
Citizenship operations and processes may differ in the point of receiving a residence permit the purchase of housing in Turkey.
FIRST MEETING
We invite you to Istanbul for 1-2 days to plan your roadmap and start operations at our offices. In order to determine your roadmap, our experts and lawyers will first give you a detailed presentation, then answer your questions and decide together how we will continue to the process. This service is free.
DECISION STAGE AND DOCUMENT DELIVERY
With your decision if you want you can sign your contract on the same day, and after you hand over the necessary documents to our lawyers, you have to give a power of attorney/trust deed so that your process can be carried out. Thus, the process will begin. The rest is our job.
TAKING THE RESIDENCE PERMIT
Company registration process in Turkey is generally completed in 5-10 days. After completion of establishment of the company ,we invite you to our offices which are located in İstanbul for 1-2 days to receive a residence permit in Turkey. After we you meet at the airport, we go to the appointment with the lawyers at the Immigration Department and hand over the file to the Immigration Authority. Our Attorney will accompany you at any stage of the Process of Immigration.
AFTERWARDS
After having established your company in Turkey and receiving a residence permit ,we continue to provide you with uninterrupted service about financial advisors for a year. We keep your company active and open. Financial consulting and other consultancy services which we offer you for a year, are free .
